There was a small but significant boost for those looking to get on the housing ladder in the area after the opening of a new development of was opened at the end of 2015.
Prospect House, officially opened by Sue Derbyshire, Leader of Stockport Council and local MP Mary Robinson is a contemporary development of eleven, two bedroomed apartments in the heart of Cheadle Hulme.
Stockport Homes worked with Rowlinson Construction to complete this development which has been built with sustainability as a key priority. LED lighting, modern insulation and solar PV panels on the roof put energy efficiency to the forefront.
The project is intended to be one of many to be developed in the area in the near future.
