A man has been charged with causing death by driving without due care and attention after a fatal collision earlier this year.
James Edwards, 22, died after being struck by a car on Bramhall Moor Lane on March 11.
Police have now charged a 29-year-old man with causing death by driving without due care and attention while over the prescribed drug limit and drink driving.
Wayne Davies, 29, of Lyndhurst Avenue, Stockport has also been charged with failing to stop after a collision, failing to report a collision and possession of class A drugs.
He’s now been bailed to appear at Stockport Magistrates’ Court on Monday, August 21.
